- Service Not Performed: If we fail to perform the service you booked and paid for, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Service Partially Completed: If the service is only partially completed, you will receive a partial refund based on the work that was actually performed.
- Service Not Satisfactory: If our service does not meet the agreed-upon standards and the issue cannot be resolved by re-inspection or rework, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Technical Issue Cannot Be Resolved: If our technicians are unable to resolve the technical issue after multiple attempts, you are entitled to a full refund.
🔹 Important Note: Refunds are processed only after we have attempted to resolve the issue through our standard service procedures. We will always try to fix the problem first before processing a refund.
2. When Are You NOT Eligible for a Refund?
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- If you change your mind after the service has been performed.
- If the issue is caused by factors outside our control (e.g., power outages, weather conditions, building infrastructure).
- If the service was performed according to the agreed specifications but you are simply unsatisfied without a valid technical reason.
- If you cancel within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service (cancellation fees apply).
- If the equipment or parts used were provided by you and were faulty or incompatible.

If approved, refund is processed within 5-7 business days via same payment method.
4. Refund Timelines
- Eligibility Review: We review all refund requests within 24-48 hours of receiving them.

- Processing Time: Bank processing time is typically 5-7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Cash Payments: Cash refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval.
